Leona McFadden is a shareholder in the Industrial and Consumer Product Liability Practice Group in the Philadelphia office of Lavin, O’Neil, Cedrone & DiSipio. She is counsel for major automotive, industrial, construction and consumer product manufacturers in product liability, toxic torts; premises liability and commercial cases. Ms. McFadden also defends automotive financial services matters involving consumer fraud and unfair business practices.
Ms. McFadden has defended many matters in state and federal courts in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Ms. McFadden graduated with a Bachelor of Science, Industrial Engineering from Rutgers University, in 1987. She earned her Juris Doctor from New York Law School, cum laude in 1993. Ms. McFadden is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania; New Jersey; New York; the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania; the District Courts of New Jersey and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York; and the United States Supreme Court.
