Deborah Battaglia McHugh is an associate in the Firmís New York City Office. Her practice is concentrated in the Firmís Business Litigation, Industrial and Consumer Product Liability and Mass Torts Groups.
Ms. McHugh focuses her practice in the discovery phase of litigation up to and including trial preparation. She regularly attends pre-trial conferences and conducts depositions and motion practice on the various cases that she handles.
Additionally, Ms. McHugh also has significant work experience representing national lenders in residential real estate matters, as well as complex commercial real estate transactions.
Ms. McHugh graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, magna cum laude, from Long Island University at C.W. Post Campus in 1989. She obtained her Master of Business Administration from Hofstra University in 1991. In 1994, she obtained her Juris Doctor from St. Johnís University, School of Law, where she served as an editor on the International Law Review.
Ms. McHugh is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association and the Defense Association of New York. She is admitted to practice in New York.
