Camille L. Easterbrook is an associate in the Business Litigation and the Industrial and Consumer Product Liability Practice Groups in the Philadelphia Office of Lavin, O’Neil, Cedrone & DiSipio. She concentrates her practice on premises liability and medical and pharmaceutical product liability matters. She has hands on experience managing cases of all sizes and is the handling attorney preparing all pleadings, motions and discovery and attending depositions, case management conferences and hearings for her cases.
Ms. Easterbrook earned her Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law in Villanova, Pennsylvania in 2006. During law school, Ms. Easterbrook participated in the Reimel Moot Court Competition and served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Pamela Dembe. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Loyola University in New Orleans, Louisiana in 2002. During that time, Ms. Easterbrook was admitted to the PHI ETA SIGMA National Honor Society and the PSI CHI National Psychology Honor Society.
She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania state courts and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Easterbrook was an associate at a civil defense firm in Wilmington, Delaware where she served on a team as National Coordinating Counsel for an international energy client. In this role, Ms. Easterbrook developed and implemented consistent defense strategies across the client’s nationwide personal injury portfolio concentrating her efforts in the south and central regions of the country. Ms. Easterbrook also has experience managing nationwide eDiscovery efforts for pharmaceutical Mass Tort/Product Liability litigation.
Ms. Easterbrook was born and raised in Sarasota, Florida. After completing her undergraduate degree in New Orleans, Louisiana, she moved to Pennsylvania to attend law school. She currently resides in Media with her husband and daughter.
