Jonathan Talamini is an associate in the Toxic Torts and Industrial and Consumer Product Liability Practice Groups in the Philadelphia office of Lavin, O’Neil, Cedrone & DiSipio. He concentrates his practice on asbestos-related toxic torts and automotive product liability.
Mr. Talamini is a 2007 graduate of Columbia University in New York City, where he majored in political science. In 2010, Mr. Talamini earned his Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School, where he served as Senior Editor of the American Review of International Arbitration.
Prior to joining the Lavin firm, Mr. Talamini served as an Assistant City Solicitor, litigating major tax cases on behalf of the City of Philadelphia. Before working for the City of Philadelphia, Mr. Talamini practiced at a large law firm where he represented pharmaceutical manufacturers in product liability suits.
In 2012, Mr. Talamini was co-author of a paper entitled Surgical Malpractice in the United States, 1990-2006, published in the Journal of the American College of Surgeons.
Mr. Talamini is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey.
