Kimberly Saginario is an associate in the Industrial and Consumer Product Liability Practice Group in the Philadelphia office of Lavin, O’Neil, Cedrone & DiSipio. She concentrates her practice on the automotive, industrial equipment, and consumer products industries.
Ms. Saginario is a 2017 graduate of Rutgers Law School in Camden, New Jersey. During law school, she served as an Executive Editor for the Rutgers Law Review and was a semi-finalist in the James J. Hunter Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Competition. Before coming to the firm, Ms. Saginario served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Michael J. Haas of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. She completed her undergraduate degree at the Pennsylvania State University, where she earned a Bachelor of the Arts in Human Development and Family Studies.
Ms. Saginario is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
In her spare time, she enjoys watching Penn State football, teaching barre classes, and spending time with her family and friends.
