Michael D. Sells is an associate in the Industrial and Consumer Product Liability Practice Group in the Philadelphia office of Lavin, Cedrone, Graver, Boyd & DiSipio. He concentrates his practice on the automotive, industrial equipment, and consumer products industries and is involved in defending contractual and warranty cases involving state and federal consumer protection statutes.
Mr. Sells received his Juris Doctor from Temple Law School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Prior to graduating from Temple Law, Mr. Sells served as a Law Clerk and Summer Associate at Lavin, Cedrone, Graver, Boyd & DiSipio and has been with the firm ever since. During law school, his studies were primarily focused primarily on developing litigation and trial skills and, upon graduating, earned a certificate in Trial Advocacy. He completed his undergraduate degree at the Pennsylvania State University, where he earned a Bachelor of the Arts in Criminology.
Mr. Sells is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
